Legend Fires Teams up with local Charity Nightsafe.

This Christmas we wanted to use this opportunity to make a difference to our local community.

We are delighted to announce our partnership with Nightsafe, a Blackburn based charity who support young people who are at risk of being homeless. Below is a little more information directly from Wayne at Nightsafe:

Nightsafe has been going for 31 years, supporting young people in Blackburn with Darwen aged 16-24 who are, or at risk of becoming homeless. We offer young people somewhere safe to stay and a friendly voice for them to be listened to.  We support young people from street homeless right through on their journey towards independent living and offer advice, guidance and by working with a range of other local services get them the right support they need at the right time. Nightsafe also has 4 supported housing projects where young people can stay with us for up to 2 years as we work with them and offer them more intensive support. 

Your money would be going directly towards supporting our young people when they move into their own accommodations and would go towards items including towels, bedding, socks, underwear, pans, pots, and plates.  All these items would be given to a young person in a move on pack.
